House Design Chosen!!!!

After walking through many, many display homes, we found ourselves at the Gregory Hills display centre. It was here that we fell in love with one particular house design and knew that this was the one we would buy and want to live in. It was the Milano Two design by McDonald Jones Homes.

After a month or so, we placed the initial $3000 deposit on after deciding this was the house we would want. This would then give us an initial tender which we could then chop and change to suit our needs and budget to finally come up with our Consolidated Tender.

Where it all began.....

After successfully selling our house, it was now time to look for our next block of land to build our home on. After looking around all the new estates in the area including Oran Park,Gregory Hills, Elderslie we finally decided on Spring Farm Riverside.

We went to put the holding deposit on the lot we had been looking at for a while on Redcap Street (which was changed from Wattle Road). Lucky for us, it was still available. We exchanged on the land 10 days later and placed the remaining 10% on the purchase price. Next step now was to both wait for land registration ( Due at this stage approx Feb 2012) and select our dream house!!!
